At this hard time when no one can step out of our house we at Dr. Virendra Swarup College of Management Studies is finding new ways to provide knowledge to our students. In order to do so we organized a webinar on "Managing Human Resources to combat Covid-19 Pandemics" on 12th June 2020. The guest speaker was Prof. (Dr.) Tulika Saxena from MJP Rohilkhand University, Barreilly. She told us how we can manage our organisation and also how to tackle with the right communication skills at this critical time. Some important points of discussion were: ✓what should be the role of a HR during this time. ✓what tools should be used by the HR to implement good working techniques. ✓how the labour migrants are getting affected in this phase how can they be saved. ✓what schemes should be implemented for uplifting there morale. There were many eminent personalities from various institutions connected as participants during the session.
